Publication:

Stated by an example, see my letter dated 2008.06.09, to Planetarium Freiburg, Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron, DESY and European Organization for Nuclear Research Wissenschaftliche Direktion, CERN, I publish today the principles of my theory:

Theory of the own time.

1)      Each event has an own time.

2)      Each event takes place in an own time.

3)      Events can be only simultaneous, if there is no gap.

4)      Gap is the meeting with another time.

5)      Time is the perception of an event.

Utopia of the own time

6) Event without own time is infinite.

7) Own time without event is eternal.

8) Events, simultaneously and infinitely and eternally, e.g. are

Black Holes and Tachyons.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

very honoured author of the lecture,

in the tasks, DESY in Hamburg and CERN in Geneva, research centers for particle physics, I am already interested for decades.

Therefore you permit me please few critical notes.

For the opinion example of the lecture of the Planetariums in Freiburg, „Tea cup falls to ground “, including their „resurrection “, I would like to omit myself not further.

Condition:

·                Some events can be proven to the object, collision proton, in a particle accelerator, with a collision with other collision protons.

Statement:

·                The collision proton is not the elemental proton.

Proof:

·                The observation of the objects, collision protons, is falsely directed on observing the elemental protons. Collision protons and elemental protons are vitally different objects. The collision proton is opposite the elemental proton more heavily, existed in another time and it is shorter.

My comment:

·                Statements about connections between collision protons and the elemental protons, by so-called events in the particle accelerators with the attempts of the research centers for particle physics, e.g. DESY and CERN, are unrealistic and unproven.

Collision protons and elemental protons are vitally different objects.

·                In the accelerated collision protons practically no time passes. The observer from the outside namely notices events, but these do not happen in the reality of the collision protons at all. Collision protons exist at the same time at least in one other time than the observer.

Yours sincerely,

Harald Birgfeld

Dear Mr. Birgfeld,

we received today your submitted comment to a lecture in the Planetarium in Freiburg and are not safe us whether it was really for New Journal of Physics intended. We quite publish comments, which refer before however under normal conditions on one with us published article.

I would ask you to communicate to me as soon as possible whether it concerns in this case perhaps only a mistake, or how we are to understand the comment in the other case.

Yours sincerely,

Johanna Schwarz

Regarding: AW: Submission to NJP

Dear Mrs. Doktor Schwarz,

thank you very much for your fast reaction. Your Institute addressed letters is a copy from me already to the Planetarium of the etc. sent letter. In deed the first part of this, my letter, a comment is actual to the lecture in Planetarium, which is carried content wise by DESY and CERN.

The copy of this letter to your Institute was sent of me, in hope on at least one reader, that recognizes the problem of the highly accelerated protons in the particle accelerators and likewise analyzed whether the collision protons can be actual still the

elemental protons. It shows the simple proof chain set up by me in the second part of the letter that the highly accelerated collision protons are falsely identified with the elemental protons. Collision protons cannot be identical to the elemental protons for the reasons specified in my letter. The highly accelerated elemental protons exists e.g. in another time than the observer. The so-called „search for the pin in heap of hay “, takes place therefore, in my opinion, at an object and/or in a time, which cannot be noticed and/or of the observer at all.

Differently, than with the edited version of the problem as in my letter happen, I unfortunately cannot make attentive on the problem at present.

Of the Planetarium, and/or the authors of the lecture, as well as of DESY and CERN I do not expect an answer.

Either my remarks would have sufficiently admit there to be, then all relevant publications and lectures would e.g. be, „conference of the German physical society in Freiburg from 3 to 7 March 2008 at the University of Freiburg. Particle physics, space research and cosmology “etc. a farce, or the consequences of my proof chain would be from such consequence that one can not admit them and wants. It would be fantastic, if my letter got a resonance.

Yours sincerely and again best thanks,

Harald Birgfeld

Dear Mr. Birgfeld,

unfortunately I must communicate to you that we cannot accept your comment. As I already suggested in my last letter, comments are not published without reference articles in the same journal.

Nevertheless thank you for the submission of your manuscript and further much success thereby,

Yours sincerely,

Johanna Schwarz
